Dr Mashhadi qualified in medicine in 1987 and completed the Specialist Training in Plastic Surgery in 2008. He is currently working as a Locum Consultant Plastic Surgeon in the NHS and also provides a range of aesthetic surgery procedures in private practice.

Dr. Mashhadi specialises in breast augmentation, breast reduction, mastopexy (breast lift), abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), liposuction, face lift surgery, brow lift, blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery), rhinoplasty (nose job), otoplasty (prominent ear correction), body lift (after massive weight loss surgery) and fat transfer.  Mr Mashhadi is a full Member of the General Medical Council (Specialist Registration Plastic Surgery) and British Association of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons (BAPRAS).
