Just got engaged? Time to start planning your treatments!

Got Engaged
Although we might have spent almost the entirety of the last 12 months in lockdown, it hasn’t all been doom and gloom. No matter our circumstances, life goes on, and we’re sure that like us at Juvea Aesthetics, your social media feeds have been filled with engagement news and updates on wedding planning.

If you’re one of the lucky ones to have got engaged during the lockdown, then congratulations! Whatever the rules are when your day comes, we’re sure it’ll still be beautiful. Still, with limited guest numbers set to be the main wedding trend for the foreseeable future, it’s perhaps more important than ever to make sure that you’re picture perfect on the big day; so now may be the time to factor aesthetic treatments into your wedding planning.

12 Weeks Before the Big Day:

Sculpsure

What Is It?

SculpSure is an incredible body-contouring treatment that uses lasers to break down fat cells in areas that have not responded to dieting or exercise. The treatment is non-invasive with no downtime.

Why Should I Get It?

Wedding dress trends in 2021 include short dresses, slip dresses and thigh length splits; styles that although stunning can be a pain to pull off. SculpSure can work in conjunction with your pre-wedding plans for diet and exercise, taking care of any stubborn patches of fat on the thighs and stomach to help you rock your dream dress.

When Should I Get It?

Results from Sculpsure can take up to six weeks to be seen, so we’d recommend beginning your course of treatment 2-3 months before the big day.

Skincare Consultation

What Is It?

A skin consultation assesses skin for conditions and concerns, letting clients form a plan of action for treatments and products to improve appearance.

Why Should I Have It?

With so many pharmaceutical grade skin care products on the market, it can be difficult to know which to choose for the best effect on the skin. A skincare consultation will help you find the optimal products for you and any skincare conditions you’d like to treat.

When Should I Have It?

Pharmaceutical grade skincare products can take up to 8 weeks to take effect, so we would recommend having a skincare consultation 12 weeks before the big day.

One Month Before the Big Day

Botox

What Is It?

Botox is an aesthetic injectable which works by temporarily paralyzing muscles, reducing the appearance of wrinkles.

Why Should I Get It?

If you’ve not reached a point where you’ve learned to love your wrinkles (we certainly haven’t), then having them as a guest of honour in your wedding photos may be less than ideal. Botox can help smooth out forehead lines and crows feet to give you a fresher appearance.

When Should I Get It?

Botox can take a little time to settle, so we would recommend getting your treatment one month before the big day.

Dermal Filler

What Is It?

Dermal fillers are one of the wonders of modern aesthetics; able to plump up thinning lips, accentuate cheeks, or provide definition to the jawline and nose. Injections are quick to have done and require no downtime.

Why should I get it?

Dermal fillers work hand in hand with Botox, providing volume and definition where it’s needed to revitalise your face for a picture-perfect appearance.

When Should I Get It?

Dermal fillers can take a little time to settle, so we would recommend getting your treatment around one month before your wedding.

Three Days Before The Big Day

Hydrafacial

What Is It?

The Hydrafacial is a non-invasive facial skin treatment with no downtime; cleansing, exfoliating, extracting, and hydrating for smooth, flawless results.

Why Should I Get It?

The Hydrafacial provides red-carpet treatment for your skin, leaving your skin smooth and hydrated – providing the perfect canvas for your wedding make-up artists to make you close-up ready.

When Should I Get It?

We would recommend getting the Hydrafacial within three to seven days of your wedding to ensure optimal results.
